Teleskill Italia – Personal data processing methods

Privacy

The user of the website is informed that Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 provides for the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the specified law, such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting the privacy and rights or the user.

Occasionally, we provide information to our customers in the form of emails. When you subscribe to any Teleskill newsletter, you will be added to our mailing list system and you will receive information exclusively from Teleskill. Email address may be present in some parts of the website. We provide these addresses so that you can contact us directly. Information provided by you and, specifically, your email address, will be used exclusively to respond to your requests or comments.

It is possible that, in some areas of the website, Cookies are used to keep information on the status of the current session. In addition, the system logs stores your IP address and type of browser for statistics and maintenance purposes. Teleskill Italia S.r.l., as a priority, undertakes to protect the privacy of users while using all services available on the Internet. To this end, the person responsible for data processing will operate as follows.

Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the Consolidation Act), and in relation to the data in which the author enters into possession, we will inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of data processing.

The processing of data is intended only for the proper and complete execution of the production order received and the delivery of all products and services offered by Teleskill Italia S.r.l.

2. Data processing methods

The processing of data is performed by means of operations or a series of operations specified in Article 4, paragraph 1, section. a) of the Consolidation Act, involving the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, usage comparison, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and disclosure of data. The operations can be performed with or without the help of electronic or automated tools.

The processing is carried out by the owner and/or people in charge of the processing.

3. Data provision

The provision of common, sensitive and judicial personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying the activities referred to in section 1.

4. Refusal to provide data

Any refusal by the individual to provide personal data in the event referred to in section 3 will make it impossible to fulfil the activities specified in section 1.

5. Reporting of data

Personal data may be reported to those responsible for the data processing and may be reported for the purposes referred to in section 1 to external collaborators, individuals operating in the field of the customer’s expertise, and , generally, to all those to whom the reporting is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes referred to in section 1.

6. Disclosure of data

Personal data is not subject to disclosure.

7. Transfer of data abroad

Personal data may be transferred to EU countries and to countries outside of the European Union for the purposes referred to in section 1.

8. In relation to the processing of personal data

Article 7 of the Consolidation Act gives the interested party the entitlement to exercise certain rights:

1. to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and its reporting in intelligible form.

2. to obtain the specification:

a) of the origin of the personal data;

b) of the purposes and methods processing;

c) of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;

d) of the identity of the owner, managers and representative appointed pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

e) of the individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data may be communicated or disclosed, as the appointed representative in the state region, as managers or as appointed individuals.

3. to achieve:

a) the updating, rectification or, if applicable, the supplementation of data;

b) the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

c) the certification that the operations referred to in sections a) and b) have been reported, also when and as regards their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except in the event that this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. to oppose, in all or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even pertaining to the purpose of the collection;

b) the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or sales communication.

9. Owner and representative of the data processing

The owner of the data processing is the company manager appointed under Article 29 of Teleskill Italia S.r.l., with registered office in Rome, Via IV Novembre, 107, VAT No. 05782181001.

In order to exercise the rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code, listed above, the interested party must make a written request to Teleskill at the registered address specified in the contacts section, for the attention of the Data Processing Manager.
