The project involves the supply of graphic customized plastic cards, which contain an unique 12-digit access code that allows to enter in an own virtual meeting room.
The iWebRoom card’s owner, entering the access code back to his card, can enter in the administration area (www.iwebroom.com/management) of his virtual meeting room and plan meetings and invite participants by e-mail automatically.
