According to the law, this treatment will based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting the privacy and user’s rights..

From time to time, we offer information to our customers in the form of e-mail. Whe you subscribe to any newsletter of Teleskill, you will be added to our mailing list and receive information only by Teleskill. In some parts of the site they may be present some e-mail addresses. We provide these addresses to contact us directly. The information you provide, and in particular your e-mail address, is used only to reply to your inquires and comments.

It’s possible that in some areas of the website Cookies are used to keep the status information of the current session. Teleskill Italia S.r.l. takes as its highest priority the protection of privacy while  using all available services on the Internet. To this end, the data controller will operate as follows.

Under the art. 13 of Lgs. Decree 196/2003 (later named T.U.), ed in relatione to data in which the writer comes into our possession, we inform you as follows:

1. Purposes of data processing

Treatment is aimed solely at the proper and complete execution of the production order and received delivery of all products and services offere by Teleskill Italy S.r.l.

2. Methods of data processing

Any refusal by the individual t ogive personal information, as in paragraph 3, will make it impossibile to accomplish the activities referred to paragraph 1.

5. Data communication

Personal information may be disclosed to the people in charged and communicated for the purpose referred to paragraph 1 to external collaborators, skateholders in the area of the client’s responsibility, and, generally, to all those people whose communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes referred to paragraph 1.

6. Dissemination of data

Personal data are not disclosed.

7. Transfer of data abroad

Personal data can be transferred to EU countries and to countries outside the European Community for the purposes referred to paragraph 1

8. In relation to the processing of personal data

Art. 7 T.U. gives to the person concerned the exercise of certain rights:

1. To obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded and their communication in intelligibile form.

2. To obtain information about:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of tratment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be comunicated or who may come to know them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. To obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, even when, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except when this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate means to the protected right.

4. To oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

9. Data Processing Owner and Manager

The owner of the treatment of data is the business manager appointed pursuant to Art.29 of Teleskill Italia S.r.l., headquartered in Rome, Viale Bruno Buozzi, 60, P. IVA 05782181001.

To exercise rights under art. 7 of the Privacy Code, listed above, the person must make a written request to Teleskill to the registered address indicated in Contact section
